Stayed one night having booked through the 72 hour sale on dinner, bed and breakfast deal. Asked for a quiet room, and given on on the top floor with sloping roof - clean and big modern bathroom. Food in the bistro was good quality and nicely presented. The hotel is in walking distance from some lakes that make an excellent... More

The room was impeccable but the shower was not up to modern standards. Our package included dinner and breakfast, both of which were excellent. Only letdowns were the lack of a minibar in the room and lunch room service being 45 minutes late.

The Hotel was Average however I did feel it was overpriced for the standard of the hotel Rooms The rooms are a good size and offer you what you need for a Business trip Iron, Iron board and trouser press. However The rooms are not designed for couples on romantic trips. The bathroom is basic and the shower is no... More

Have used this hotel on several business trips to the area. The saff re expulsion and polite. Rooms clean ad well equipped with all a business traveller would need, trouser press iron and board. Beds fine with flat screen TV for guests use. Only negative moment would be on the showers. Just a trickle comes out. I like a good... More

I upgraded to an Executive Room and first impressions were good. The room is a good size with a desk, dressing table, dining room table and two seater settee in the room. This was decorated nicely and I had no issues with the room. There is a complimentary small bottle of red and white wine, still and sparkling water and... More

This 4 Pillars hotels has all the characteristics of this chain: new, well laid out, well sited... We had a large double and a large single bed in our room which was more than we needed and did make it a lot fuller than it should have been. The television was mounted on the wall facing the bed, but did... More

Stayed at the Four Pillars as daughter has recently moved to Witney. We has booked a Connoisseur room which was spacious and meant that we had wine, water and soft drinks each day. In order to get to the room which was at the back of the hotel, we had to walk through corridors past the gym, changing rooms and... More

We booked this hotel as we heard good things about the chain. Im so glad we ignored the horrible reviews on here as the hotel is nothing like it and we were pleasantly surprised. On arrival we were met by a smiley receptionist who made us feel welcome but dint over do it as some hotels do. She explained that... More

We chose the Four Pillars because of it's convenient location. Situated about 15 minutes from Brize Norton the hotel seemed an ideal choice for a stop over for an early morning flight. The hotel has a tidy appearance from the outside and we were welcomed well by the receptionist. The room (47) was small but clean and functional. The bathroom... More

We booked this hotel at the last minute but really enjoyed our stay. We booked a connoisseur room - this was a view of the front and back of the hotel and complimentary soft drinks, wine and water each day of our stay. The hotel was very clean and staff very approachable. We didn't use the leisure facilities but would... More
