We stayed at this hotel last weekend for a vintage car event - Saturday night dinner and a sandwich lunch on Sunday. The room was fine with a comfortable bed. I stayed here for 5 nights whilst on a training course,on arrival the staff were very pleasant & welcoming. I had a double room with ensuite which was very clean and had tea & coffee making facilities, iron, hair dryer, digital tv & clean towels daily. We had a lovely 3 night stay from 26th - 29th April. The room we had hasn't been redecorated yet but it was still very pleasant. My sister and I found the hotel, clean, warm, quiet and the staff friendly and efficient.a bargain at the cost.The restaurant meal in the evening very enjoyable.daughter stayed lazt year and found it the same.

Beautiful location but so dissapointed with room. not been decorated for at least 20 years. been to hotels for same rate that are modern and make you feel that you have a little luxury.staff are very friendly and helpful but its the room you remember
