Was a great price since we were on an extended stay and on a budget! Rooms were clean and nice, not fancy but... Staff was nice and helpful. Easy access to everything in town and freeways. We would stay again.

Worst customer service ever and poor rooms! Made reservation for late check out, Front desk kept calling room and knocking on door.Answered phone and front desk wanted the $15 for the late check out. Would not wait the 2 hours to get there $15. Could not sleep after getting up. If there $15 is that important they need to get...

My daughter and I recently stayed overnight at the Microtel. We would definitely stay at a Microtel again.
Pros:
The room was very, very clean.
Nice, accommodating staff.
Blackout curtains in the room.
Inexpensive.
Cons:
Thin walls. You can hear most of what goes on next door. (We came in after midnight though, and everyone must have been sleeping, so...

I was there for one night to take my state boards and it was awful. Carpeted floor was sticky. Burn holes everywhere, left over pot from previous guest. Wallpaper tearing off wall. Disgusting stain on the wall above the bed ( use your imagination). Large hole in window screen. A/C unit was dirty. Heard everything from room next door. Slept...

I have often been curious of the Microtel chain, but I had never really had the opportunity to stay at one.
I was breaking up a long drive a few weekends ago and didn't want to make hotel reservations as I wasn't sure where I would want to stop for the night, so I decided to rely on the Trip...

Property has good curb appeal but the interior is past due for a refurb. The other reviews are correct so I won't repeat them. The lady on check-in was helpful and friendly. But the lady the next morning seemed to have been up all night, and hardly spoke. Overall not bad for the $ but will be a lot better...

This is my second time staying at a Microtel Inn. Service was great, room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was good. For the price, I feel you get all the basics you need. I plan to join their points program.

This is another no frills hotel. It's clean, you'll sleep, but that's about it. The place is very close to the road so you'll hear a lot of road noise, and if you're a light sleeper you may be woken up by that. The wireless internet worked fine and the continental breakfast was OK, but had a limited selection.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel! Yes, the rooms are small, but they are modeled after Europe. If you have been to Europe, you'd understand! You also get FREE long distance phone calls in North America, so that is also a perk! The reception was great and helpful. Rooms are clean, you can hear the people next to you,...

I understand why this hotel is named "Microtel." The rooms are stunningly tiny. Overall, the hotel is perfectly tolerable for one night, but it wouldn't be my top choice.
I blind booked this hotel through Hotwire. This proved to be problematic, because the front desk clerk needed to make sure that the hotel was actually prepaid. I am unaware of...
