Quite simply the best B&B in which I have ever had the good fortune to stay. Really lovely hosts, super room, stunning breakfast. Only managed one night whilst walking the St Cuthbert's Way but planning to return very soon.

Bob and Ginny made us very welcome over a cup of tea. We spent a comfortable night and after a great breakfast continued on the St Cuthbert’s Way.

We stayed with Bob and Ginny over easter weekend, as my duaghter and I stayed last year, we were warmly welcomed back, like friends. The tea and hot cross buns in the conseratory were most appreciated. The breakfasts were wonderful and set us up for the day. We look forward to seeing them again later in the year.
