We stayed for one night whilst walking the Northumberland coastal path. From the minute we arrived we knew we had struck gold. A warm welcome, home-made cake, lots of local information and a table for dinner booked for our evening meal. the room was spacious, clean with pleasing decor. I have previously stayed at Malabar before, and can honestly say , that this is the best Bed & Breakfast establishment that I have stayed in, the room was large with en-suite, extremely clean, Bright and had the finishing touches usually found in more expensive places, and / or hotels. The hosts are very friendly, and a full English breakfast... More

We stayed in Seahouses on the St Oswald's Way walk through Northumberland, after a quick trip to the Farne Islands to see the puffins and terns. The B&B is a relatively new building with clean and modern furnishings. Our room upstairs was large, light and airy and had a spacious ensuite, complete with a much-needed bath. The bed was comfortable,... More

We stayed at this guest house for one night. Everything about it was good, the furnishings and decor were excellent with even an orchid plant in the room. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was first class. The landlady was very nice and helped us plan our walking trip with some sound advice. Nothing was a trouble... More

We were greeted with cake which was much appreciated after a day of cycling. The room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent en suite. Breakfast set us up for another day of cycling to follow. Very helfpul with local advice and were happy to accomodate our bikes. Highly recommended.
