Redfoot Lea was a superb base from which to explore the highlights of beautiful Northumberland. Situated just outside Alnwick it is very central and as it is not right in the town there was no trouble with parking as this is on site - in fact we parked right next to our door!! Just returned from a short stay at Redfoot Lea. What a super place and very convenient for Alnwick. Phillipa's daughter Victoria looked after us superbly and we enjoyed her warm hospitality and excellent cooking. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
