This was the second time we have stayed at the Horseshoes, the first time we stayed in the main house and had no complaints. B& B had freeview and now has Wifi.
The second time was even better as we had a room in the converted coach house.
The coach house rooms are spacious, airy and the bathrooms very clean with a powerful shower not the dribble I am so used to when staying in B & B's.
The bed was large enough for 2 quite portly bods and as for the chocolate cookies yum.
There was just us having breakfast and for £5.75 you had a full choice of cereals, fresh fruit, juices yoghurts and then the a complete choice of cooked breakfast on top alas no black pudding though. The service was delighful with a newspaper being offered as well whilst we waited for the breakfast to be cooked fresh.
Parking is on site and there is literally a short stagger to the first pub in the village with a large beer garden. Just another short stroll and you find the other pub...
