Group of 8 of us stayed at The George in Kilsby, nothing too much trouble, even a 6am fishing breakfast! Able to phone through food orders for evening meal and will definitely be back next summer. more
We went as a party of 6 for lunch 27/10/07. I was concerned because of some reviews I had read. My concerns vanished when we received a warm welcome on arrival. Delightful looking dining room with comfortable clean white covers and well laid tables. Comfortable bar with a good range of guest beers and wide selection of all drinks.
Nothing was too much trouble and service excellent. Very wide menu with good selection of home made day specials. We enjoyed our visit and will return.
