We stayed here when visiting relatives in Ketterring. The room was very basic, but good value for money. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast is continental and very basic, but overall, value for money and we would stay there again.

Dirty bedrooms, ancient fittings and cupboards. Bedroom view is hotel roof top and dead pidgeons. Our party of three all changed their rooms. Breakfast awful, bread still in supermarket wrapper. Reception staff helpful, but unable to provide answers to concerns. Refurbishment programme to date is new bedroom doors, without handles!! I should have walked out.
