The rooms were reasonable in size. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows, including non-feather. The food was reasonable (a themed night), but not great in terms of taste or variety. Very little vegetarian options.. Some of the breakfast staff were great. They were proactive and doing their best. The breakfast itself was nothing special. The reception... More

I ordered a pie in the restaurant which cost £15. I can get a truly wonderful pie with all the trimming from pie minister in Bristol and many other restaurant's besides for half that so I was expecting something special. I got a soggy lump, full of identifiable, odd tasting brown muck that could have come out of a tin.... More

We ate here last night...6 of us in total and were extremely disappointed by the Dinner in the restaurant. It is I admit a lovely hotel and very well kept and clean with very nice lounge and bar area's. The dining room is also nicely laid out , but the food was dreadful. Only 2 of the party had a... More

This Hotel is very clean comfortable, We choose a hotel that had a pool and facilities for a young family. Then to find out upon arrival that the pool is closed at 4pm is very naughty. This should be noted to the public upon booking. as i choose this Hotel for that convience to our travel plans but priority was a... This is a very nicely run hotel. It's clean and provides a comfortable room for the night. The spa by the swimming pool was lovely and just the right temperature. To find out that breakfast was included the following morning was a bonus and it was a nice buffet that included most things you would require for breakfast. More

The reception staff are warm and friendly. The room (an Executive Room) was clean and spaceous with a tidy bathroom. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Sadly the breakfast was chaotic. The staff were unable to cope with the demand and the buffet fruit section was not replenished for ages. The cooked breakfast tired and overheated. Such a shame. Why not give... More

The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. On arrival, the reception staff member was very friendly and welcoming (in fact, all staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful), and as my husband's a Priority Club member, we were offered a free newspaper and a free drink in the bar. The room was a standard size... More

Booked in here and the hotel was extremely easy to find off Junction 18 of the Ml. The hotel has a pleasing aspect and the reception staff were efficient and friendly. The room was adequate and clean but was let down by the small, hard, not too clean towels. We had dinner in the restaurant but felt the atmosphere was... More
