We stayed at the Villa for the last night of our coast to coast hike. Jane offered remarkeable service and a 5 star breakfast.

My wife, friends and I stayed here for one night. Jane was very friendly, hospitable and went that extra mile to make our short stay a really memorable one. Really enjoyed our stay and that breakfast! (kept us going well into the afternoon).

Whenever we are up in this area this is our first choice for accommodation. A friendlier host could never be found, beautifully decorated room and amazing breakfast as usual, and over winter improvements include a small lounge for guests to sit and rest / read. It just gets better every time. Highly recommended

Stayed at the villa for the last night of our coast to coast walking holiday. Jane was a lovely welcoming host for whom nothing was too much trouble. Even ironed my husband's very creased shirt for our night out! Breakfast excellent, highly recommended.

We stayed here as part if a little one night get a way. Robin hoods bay is a lovely place for a recharge. The villa b and b offered a warm atmosphere and was exactly as we expected. We would defo stay again.

Great reception from the host,but my room was on the top floor and was small and only had a small rail to hang your clothes.The shower room looks as though it has just been updated, but the handle fell off the door, and the toilet seat was too large for the pan and slipped off the side.Breakfast was served in... Jane gave us a lovely welcome. Our room was very well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with several choices. We were given a place to park too which was very helpful. Would stay again!! :)

Stayed at The Villa on the evening I finished coast to coast walk. Was made to feel very welcome and at home by Jane who runs the B&B.
