I can not fault this hotel. Centrally located in Richmond. Great food in the bar all served with a happy smiling face. A great choose of beers to be had. The breakfast are massive a great start to any working day. A definite return if in the area again.

We had lunch in the bar. Food was served literally 5 mins after ordering. Not too expensive and the Sunday roast was delicious. Really high quality and big portions. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely come back. Caters for all ages. Well done!!

went for lunch 2 weeks ago realy good food service a bit hit and miss but polite staff plenty of meat and veg. drinks not a bad price need to wait a while but well worth it good price for food around £7 for main course

Hotel was clean and tidy, rooms where well worth the price. Food and drink was very reasonable and quality of food was very good. The area is lovely and worth a visitOverall it was a fantastic stay and will hopefully returning soon.
