Went to Northallerton in december and stayed at the blackbull. Very clean spacious room looking out onto main street where looking out in the morning looked like a Christmas card. Staff were really friendly. Will be staying again on our next visit.

The staff were friendly and helpful but it is not a very professional operation. The room was very spacious but the decor and fixtures and fittings are in need of an upgrade. At 8.00 am in the morning the door leading from the accommodation to the bar where breakfast was due to be served was locked (health and safety issue?)... More
