This is a bespoke hotel 1.2 miles from the center of the village of Hawes. The views of the Dales are exceptional, as is the service and food. A group of us were fishing the River Ure near Bainbridge. The Stone House Hotel was the perfect retreat. Well kept beer, roaring fires, warm comfortable rooms and hearty lovingly prepared food. The full Yorkshire breakfast was the perfect start for a cold day on the river. 10 out of 10.
