Stayed 3 nights in mid May.The rooms were very clean,the bathrooms were very modern and the owners were most helpful.The breakfasts are superb - takes a few good hills to work them off.Plenty of parking either in the grounds or outside on the street.

Nothing else needs to be said. Visited Hawes for a friends wedding and liked the look of this guesthouse so gave it a go. Very glad I did. Excellent all round. Rooms, food, price and the warm welcome. Thank you.

The view to the snow covered Dales was gorgeous, especially when seen from our large, warm and cosy room (family room). Everything is spotless and meticulously cared for including the guests. The best guest house in the country.... Beds are big and comfy the staff are lovely, the breakfast are the best! We found it by accident many years ago and have recomended to friends and family. It would be a mistake not to stay here.

Our 2nd visit to Fairview and we took our dog this time too. The breakfast was every bit as good as we remembered. The house is warm, welcoming and clean. Only a few minutes walk into Hawes with its lovely shops and ample pubs.

Great accommodation in a lovely house in the Yorkshire Dales. A hearty breakfast and very comfortable rooms. The very friendly owners will do their utmost to make your stay comfortable.. Will be on my re-booking menu for years..! Unbeatable value for money....

this guest house was one of the best on our trip walking the Pennine Way. It is beatifully decorated - rooms are a good size - and there is a wonderful sitting room. breakfast was excellent. Location is very close to the town centre. Very accommiodating to walkers.
