Just recently spent a great nights stay in the Seafield Guest House! We were very warmly welcomed and informed about all the local restaurants. The room was amazingly clean and felt very homely, and loved the en-suite. The breakfast options were fab and would cater for everyone. All in all we loved it and have already recommended it to friends... More

Just spent 2 nights at the Seafield Guest House, potentially as a pre-lim visit to moving to Filey in the next 2-3 years. On arrival, Vince provided tea/coffee & cakes in the main lounge, whilst we completed the check-in forms, a really nice start. The room was super & the location of the B&B was perfect - very close to... More

This really is a lovely guest house. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms that we stayed in (both single and double) were excellent in terms of comfort and facilities. We were made to feel very welcome and as if nothing was too much trouble. Suanne and Vince told us about the local restaurants and managed to secure a booking... More

I stayed here for two nights recently whilst my son was at the Scarborough rugby tournament. It's a gem, 2-minutes walk from the beach, excellent value, very clean, most welcoming and probably the best breakfast in Yorkshire, with a great choice of homemade marmalades. No large quantity, greasy fat junk - all beautifully cooked and set up for the day.... More
