For a small B&B I was very pleasantly surprised at the facilities in the room and "brand new" cleanliness of the en suite bathroom. I also enjoyed the breakfast and chat with the owners which rounded off an enjoyable stay. The free WI-Fi was a nice touch also. I would happily recommend this B&B to anyone.

We stayed for one night whilst visiting several friends in the area.It was a day of horrendous storms causing the kitchen roof to partially collapse!This,in turn,created problems with the boiler and the electrics.In spite of all this we received a wonderful welcome. The accomodation is not on a central area but is along a main road (10 min to Sleaford). The rooms are big and clean. The beds are really confortable. The bathroom is nice and clean. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Suggested. really suggested!

stayed here for three nights.I It was like home from home.with a lovley wam welcome from Linda, who was very friendly and helpful . Bedroom and bathroom where spotless with everything you need. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and large portions. Will definitley return .
