I was tempted to write a scathing review but there are plenty of those already; here is a different way to look at this hotel. If you are the sort of person who books months in advance, you will never have to suffer this place, there are many higher quality accomodations in the area at lower prices, just go there... More

Myself and 32 other family members recently celebrated my mother's 80th birthday at the Olde Barn. We had an amazing time. The hotel is lovely, and situated very conveniently just off the A1.Staff are friendly and exceedingly helpful, and the bedrooms are modern and spacious. Lots of the family enjoyed the pool, especially the children. We held our celebration party... More

My wife and I led a group holiday based at the Old Barn Hotel and all of us were delighted by the standards set. All of our rooms were spacious and quiet with views across the countryside. The Hotel is just off the busy A1 and five miles north of Grantham but very quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms were elegant and... More

We stayed here for just one night after a long days shopping in nearby Downtown. First impressions were very good, plenty of parking and nice looking hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room (502) was a spacious twin in a quiet area, the bathroom had a bath with shower over, all was very clean. The beds were OK but... More

We were given a gift of Afternoon Tea as a birthday present. We had pre-booked this tea about two weeks beforehand and when we arrived, we were told to go through to the bar where the tea was to be served. It all started well. Coffee and tea were served quickly and the table laid with 3 types of jam... More
