Northcote is an absolute dream... 35 minutes from Liverpool it's a tastefully restored/adapted Manor House set in the Lancashire Countryside. The rooms are wonderfully sized and superbly designed and give you a real boutique feel. The staff are endearingly attentive and nothing ever feels like it's too much bother. As for the food...
