Lovely receptionist. Horrible decor, dated, tacky, tacky crowd for functions floating about, just generally not nice. Nicely presented hotel with extremely comfortable beds. Easy to find location next to the A2, close to Bluewater shopping centre. Good selection at breakfast and friendly personal service. Only down side is there is not much in the area within walking distance. More
