The place was clean, and the staff were helpful, but the rooms were not cleaned while we were there, cups not washed or beds made. We had to ask 3 times for a bath towel. Its a B & B in an English Seaside town and delivered what I expected. Place was a tad shabby but it was very clean and the breakfast tasty and plentiful. For £25 you cannot expect luxury. Come on its Margate after all no where was 5 star!! more
