Just back from a nights stay at Brenley Farm. Set in a gorgeous location, a real working farm with a feeling of being in the middle of nowhere even though it is conveniently placed near major access routes. Its perfectly peaceful with no noise from traffic, the farmhouse is surrounded by other farm buildings and fields of hops, apples, pears... More

I stayed by myself at Brenley farm in August and would highly recommend to any visitor. I enjoyed a very relaxing stay in Kent; the room was comfortable and the farm itself is a truly beautiful place. Unbelievable close to major travel links! A particular highlight are the breakfasts: fresh, local produce is cooked to perfection by the host Maggie.

I really recommend Brenley Farm. We took our 2 year old for a break and were warmly welcomed with proper teapot tea, homemade cake and biscuits in our very large airy room with super clean bathroom. Found the farm super relaxing and we were tempted to stay another night if we hadn't have had to work next day. Felt tension... More

Maggie makes you feel so at home. Very helpful. Yummy food, handmade produce. A real farm. We stayed in the attic as we needed a extra night so Maggie offered us this twin room. Great beds, fresh air. Such history with the house. Would stay again.

We stayed with a 2 and 4 year old and had the family room. we were greeted with tea and homemade scones in the garden. we went to see the lovely chickens and looked at the outdoor pool, but not brave enough to take a dip. The whols experience was wonderful.... More

A beautiful listed farm house, beautifully furnished, most congenial proprietor, Maggie Berry; fantastic spread and range of choices for breakfast, farm set in beautiful surroundings with duck pond, We had the Grannies Room, as we needed to have a shower facility due to a disability of not being able to climb into a bath. The room was well furnished with... More

This is such a great B&B, the rooms are lovely. The gardens and the pool are great after a long drive. The breakfast is a treat with local produce. Our kids are already planning what they will have for breakfast this August.. Maggie makes us feel so welcome, it is a joy to come here almost every year. We all... More

We had the family room which is very nice since there's a separate room for the children (with toys). Breakfast is great, everything made fresh. Only minor thing is the shower. There's hardly any water coming out. About 10 minutes from Canterbury.

The only thing wrong with our stay at Brenley was that we were only there for a weekend - not a month or a year. The rooms are huge and beautiful, the beds huge and comfortable and cosy and elegant manage to be combined perfectly - the food, both that produced on farm and that bought in from local suppliers... We stayed here with our dogs and wanted for nothing - our room was perfect. Maggie made us all extremely welcome and is a mine and a half of information - even going the extra mile to locate dog friendly pubs nearby. The breakfasts were first class and would more than satisfy any size of appetite. We'd recommend Brenley Farm... More
