My wife and I had a very pleasant week at this hotel pristine bed linen and room and pleasant staff where nothing was to much trouble the mother of the 17yr old waitress must be very proud of this young lady. Alan & Marion Cox more

Just had Easter break at the Glenwood, never have we found such hospitality, kindnes and rooms so spotless, would we return again of course if in that area, found so many guests do return time and time again, food is just so delicous and top class, in fact this holiday never heard a moan from anyone, this is very unusual.... more

Pappa-Adams.Family and staff. 16th-20th We have just had a wonderfull five days at your hotel..First on entering told your cases will be out side your room door in about 20 mins.Which was very nice. We returned again this year with our friends and a party of 60 others. Many of them have stayed at Glenwood every year for the past 20 years. Last year was our first year and we will return with our friends again next year. Staff, food and premises all excellent. Beryl and Ron The Heathers more

went to the Glenwood with a coach party of around 30 people a bit apprehensive from previous reviews but could not believe the cleanliness and friendlyness of the hotel and its hosts.The ladies that run the hotel could not do enough to make you feel welcome. it was awful firstly the staff were ignorant one of the maids slammed the tea down on the table the table clothes were dirty like they had never been cleaned my nana found a cochroache in the hotel and another shortly the day after we have stayed with alfa plently of times but we never had to order our meals... more

Had a 3 night stay booked at this hotel, but only could endure one night. I found a bedbug. It was bright red from just feeding on me. When i looked at the bed, it was stained and dirty looking. it was very worn out and uncomfortable. Checked out next morning, and would not step back into the hotel ever... more

Have recentley returned after a weeks stay in the Hotel,however, will not be returning. On booking into the hotel was given a supposed double room for my wife and myself to discover a three quarter sized bed!! I am over 6' tall which would be awkward. I.Couldn’t believe this place when we drove up. I had read the reviews but I was somewhat hoping that I would think the hotel was ok. I was wrong.
