Lovely place - service was very personal and efficient, only real issue was the size of the room but then one would lose the charm if it became a more tourist hotel. Definitely recommend if you are in the New Forest area - much more charming and fun than another big corporate hotel

The hotel was extremely comfortable. We had a pleasant spacious room with all comforts we could ask for. Lovely hotel, pretty gardens, great staff but oh dear .....awful food.
