I stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The accommodation was not. The room was outdated and smelt very musty. There was mould in the bathroom and the partition wall between my bathroom and the next was paper thin and I could hear every single word the other guest was saying on the phone. The sash window did not shut - making me feel unsafe. I complained to the hotel owner and they wrote back stating that what I had said was untrue. I never complain and to say that I was lying was an outrage. This is MY opinion, as the owners state that they have had many happy guests. My colleague stayed in the adjoining room and he stated it was awful too - in his 'opinion. The bathroom decor was outdated and the brochure states it was recently decorated.
