On arrival the staff were very helpful and attentive, this remained through the stay, at the bar and restaurant. The room was pleasant as was the ensuite. At the start the Carvery was good when the first chef was there but has gone down hill very rapidly now ......over the last few weeks the Yorkshire Puddings were black every week the so called roast pots were just mushy and as for the coli cheese then wouldn't feed it to my dog.
