Nice clean family run hotel. A quiet part of Southend just near the Westcliff Seafront. The bar facilities were good and opened late! My room was very clean and the bathroom spacious and well kept. I was with a group of work colleagues on a training event and overall we all enjoyed our stay at the earlsmere hotel. More

This hotel has friendly staff and nice bar area. Breakfast was more than adequate. However, the bathrooms are the let down of this hotel. Ours was dirty, the extractor fan had so much dust on it, it was hardly recognisable, also the shower was mouldy and the actual fitment holding the shower, had most of the grout surrounding it gone,...
