Premier Inn doing it right again! Comfy, clean, good value and warm! Good location for shopping in Lakeside. Obliging staff and the restaurant was fine. As with all Prem inns more coffee and tea would be better and an iron and board. That's nit picking though!

Stay for a weekend break! Lovely room, really quiet, huge bed, spoltlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast, menu looked good for dinner too. So close to Lakeside 2 mins away by car. Staff very welcomming and nothing was too much trouble.

I Stay here often due to work commitments and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service is excellent from reception staff and especially in the restaurant . Ask to sit in Alison's section as your meal will be even more enjoyable, such a warm and sociable member of the team here!! She puts other local hotels service to shame.... More

Having a 8mth baby made it difficult for us to eat in the evening in the hotel. Reception provided us with takeaway menus, plates & cutlery, & rang our room when food was ready. Staff were so helpful & friendly. Certainly recommend staying here if you have young children. Lovely & clean too.
