The gardener has obviously been made redundant, the grounds were overgrown, unkempt with the lawn being covered in fag ends. No hot water AGAIN (this is obviously a luxury that is not deemed necessary in a hotel) absolutely NO service, welcome or assistance at the very poor breakfast. more

This room was ok, but the hotel... more

My room was large but a little tired, very clean though I ate dinner in their restaurant, had pizza which was great - nice menu with lots of options.... more

For the first time in 15 years of business travel did I feel the need to change my room. I was put in a ground floor, room that smelled of urine, was no bigger than 13 ft by 6ft. The single bed was uncomfortable and the door frame was broken leaving the feeling that someone could have easily gained access.... more

This hotel is not brand new and it does show signs of some wearing in the most used areas, but nothing more than you would expect! Not so good: Only disapointment was... more
