“Two for the price of one!”

The purpose of booking this particular hotel was the location on the seafront and also it made for a quick getaway to the airport! Customer service was excellent especially the front of house staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

“Ideal location.”

My first visit to a Premier Inn. A great location right at the Eastern end of the Sea front with a Pub and Chinese Restaurant almost next Door and a big Car park too! A nice walk along the front to the centre of activities. No problem sleeping despite overlooking the Car park, it became quiet after the Pub closed.... More

We recently stayed at Thorpe Bay - what a great place! First and foremost, the receptionists were exceptionally helpful and friendly, even presenting our children with Easter eggs on arrival. “Lovely and quiet”

Stayed here over Easter and have to compliment all the staff on their friendly welcome and good service. The hotel is in a quiet area and we even had a sea-view and free-parking so no complaints at all.

It was sad to leave this particular Premier Inn. You build such a bond with all the staff. We were traveling from Canada and didn't know what to expect.
