We have stayed here a couple of times prior to early morning flights from Stansted. Hotel is very basic but clean and staff pleasant. Another decent travelodge. Stayed here before a 6.30am flight to hamburg. Good little bar and all you need from a traveldoge! Think I paid about £15 so a true bargain! PS- No alarm clock last time I stayed there so make sure you set your phone!

There seems to only be a B road between this Travelodge and for example Chelmsford. That means this Travelodge is not a good choice if you need to be in Chelmsford. We enjoyed our stay very much . No remote control for the tv. ( Perhaps a small deposit on a remote control would stop people 'taking' them!).
