Ate in the restaurant and had a delicious meal; all of it was perfect. Service was attentive without being overbearing. It's a bit quirky - could do with a bit of a refurb, but don't let that pout you off. It's great value for money.

Had not been to the Saracen's Head for some time and was pleased to see how bright and airy it was. Much nicer atmosphere. Very friendly staff. The menu has a very good selection and the food was excellent, very tasty and hot.

New management have taken over the Saracens Head so now the food is good and great value for money, the service is also good. Try it and see.

If you are needing to leave from nearby airport, this is a good value and nothing below par, but nothing above par either. Enjoy

We got a last minute booking on late rooms and had a very nice stay in this hotel. We were going to a wedding nearby and it was perfect. It was clean and the room was spacious. They are running a special offer the end of May 2009 for £49.50 for a double room with breakfast which is amazing value. The bedrooms and the ensuite were very clean, a fair size and nicely decorated.
