Room excellent. Food good. Check-in satisfactory. However, The Grange service is either smooth and effecient or sluggish and very average depending who's on duty. Sometimes the staff seem overwhelmed, undermanned and distant. Some training in politeness and customer service wouldnt go amiss on occasion.

All the staff were very welcoming,room was large and clean,bed was comfortable.The Grange pub was also the same and the breakfast was great and served quick .Would definately stay here again.

This is a good Premier Inn and the staff are first class, especially Ola on Reception! The Housekeeping Team play a vital role at keeping things in tip-top condition and everyting gleams!
