Booked this hotel for family that came to visit. We cannot fault the staff all were very friendly and helpful. The hotel though a little dated was clean and well presented at a reasonable price (have paid a lot more at other hotels of a much lower standard). Would reccommend if you are staying in Chelmsford

Unclean dated room.Just couldnt believe the bare plaster in the tiny shower.Room has old peeling wall paper.
