My partner and I stayed at the PRemier Inn Braintree for one night in July 2009. Really pleasantly surprised. Clean, tidy and comfy room. Friendly staff. Location was right by a pub so you could get food easily. Vending machine in hotel lobby. Breakfast was £7.50 for Full English. Lovely. Room was a little cold but there is a heater.... more

Stayed overnight on a business trip.Good room nice & clean, good amount of parking.Friendly reception.Food in adjoining pub was good but service was poor waited ages between starter & main course in the end we had to go and ask for meal they brought it out straight away once asked but could tell food had been stood for a while... more

We stayed at this hotel in a family room on New Years Eve. The hotel was fully booked, due to a wedding going on down the road. The bed was large and comfy, we had a sofa made up into a single bed and a cot for our little one. There was terrestrial TV and tea and coffee making facilities.... more
