Beautiful hotel, excellent service, lovely location. Great range of dining options - casual bistro in the spa, smart dining in the restautant as well as 4 big lounges with open fires which serve everything from afternoon tea, to bar meals and cocktails. Arrived at 5pm on Saturday evening, very, very impressive and helpful reception staff. A young dutch lady looked after us, and had infact booked a table for dinner the night before as it appeared to be full via their website. Very friendly and efficient. Stayed a weekend here in January and thoroughly enjoyed it. Set in beautiful parkland and well away from towns and villages. A lovely spot for a tranquil rest. Hotel buildings are charming and up together. The Spa/Fitness Rooms/Beauty Salons in a more modern building are explemary too. Changing rooms there are immaculate.
