Staff were kind and very helpful. Generous breakfast. Clean warm rooms. Overall if I were to return to Newhaven I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. More

A very pleasant overnight stop on route to France, very clean and comfortable and welcoming.This was the first stop on a 1,500 mile cycling trip round France so we really appreciated the homely atmosphere and the breakfast.Definitely recommended.Great value for money. More

We stayed recently my friend and I we only had 1 night but clean, peacefull and had a choice of what we wanted for breakfast so very flexible.. Jan was lovely very helpfull all staff would recommend definatley we will go back Jane Kent xx Love the clocks x More

13 Cyclists (with bikes) turned up with 4 more in two support cars on Wednesday 14th September taking part in a London to Paris ride. Ideally placed for Ferry. Warm, welcoming, clean and very accommodating. Rooms were spotless with excellent attention to detail. My Sister and I stayed here for one night 16/9/2011 and we were treated very well, the room had everything we needed and more, attention to detail was impectable as was the breakfast in which we were spoilt for choice, this B&B surely deserves it 3 star rating. More

We stayed (4 gents) in two twin rooms in early September this year. We had cycled from London, en route to Paris, and were picking up the 9.30am ferry from Newhaven the following morning. We stayed with friends and found rooms very clean with plenty of nice little extra touches to make it feel comfortable. We all enjoyed the lovely breakfast cooked by Jan!! Would definately recommend it if staying in the area. More

Had a great weekened. Cheap bus travel into, back from and all round Brighton as much as you like for £3.75 for the whole day, on a super saver ticket.Bus stop just up the road.Thanks to the staff for telling us this.
