This is an excellent B and B. Good location, close to the seafront. The place has been furnished beautifully, the breakfasts are hearty, yet healthy and it feels like a home from home. We normally like to try different places, but we won’t need to look anywhere else in Bexhill!

A most welcoming Bed and Breakfast, comparable to any good Hotel. It was absolutely spotless and had all facilities and more than you could expect. Food excellent both mornings and a really good choice. Excellent location and run by a super efficient couple. Well done Chris and Lynda. We will be back soon.

We had a five night stay at a warm and relaxed b&b.The breakfasts were outstanding! The soft furnishings in the bedroom and breakfast room were second to none. Absolutely the best b&b we have ever stayed in. Both Chris and Linda could not have done more to make our stay more pleasurable. Very highly recommended.

Boutique style B&B and we had a super king bed, very clean & comfortable, 2 min walk from the sea front and not much further to the unspoilt town.
