Staff all extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.. We arrived late afternoon and although food was no longer being served we were able to order a sandwich. Room was clean and bright The walk into Southwold was only 10-15 minutes. Excellent value and would highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for two nights visiting family and thought the hotel was fantastic. Very clean and homely, we were made to feel extremely welcome and the stay were all lovely. We have stayed in many hotels and the room and service was excellent. Food very good too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
