Spent several nights there and each was unsatisfactory. First room: ground floor, radiator stuck on full heat, windows opened but weren't secure, plus right outside was where smokers' smoke wafted into the room. No cold water from the basin. Spent one night at this hotel (£85 per room) before going onto another location. One night was enough. Staff were very pleasant.....Breakfast? Thin slice of bacon (grilled hard), one egg, one sausage. No heating in bedrooms (did'nt get a good nights sleep). No hot water (lukewarm). Shower.....Lukewarm dribble. In town for a week-end in couple, we discovered the Consort Hotel randomly in a shopping street. The reception desk was really friendly even if you don't speak english very well. Room was cosy and the restaurant délicious. We recommanded it for everyone, couple or family

Very cold room. Mouldy shower tray in the bathroom and a cold dribble of water to shower with. All in all definitely one to miss.
