We arrived at the Eaton Lodge after a 35 mile cycle ride on a cold January day Nd received a friendly welcome. Our room was well presented and the bathroom a good size. Breakfast was particularly good and the service faultless. More

just returned from a couple of nights away with my husband - children left with grandparents ! The Eton Lodge is a lovely B&B, it is tastfully decorated, very comfortable, warm and has a few little touches that show care and thought! The owners are lovely and sure know how to make you welcome. Splendid breakfast too !! many thanks... More

We only stopped one night to get some sea air and this was the perfect place. It was so comfy and welcoming, we made time for an afternoon nap on our first day!! Our room was clean and a full size double and the house generally was peaceful and perfectally located just five mins from the sea. Caren and Stewart... More

As a Frenchman touring the UK, and not really used to B&B's, I found myself in Norfolk for the first time in my life, and I really enjoyed it! Eton Lodge is very well located, 5 minutes walking from the seaside, and the house is very charming. The room was lovely, clean and quiet, and so was the bathroom. I... More

This looked so very good on the web. However, the first thing we noticed when we arrived was that the stair carpet was worn, which didn't give a very good first impression. The bottled water, chocolates and fresh milk in the fridge in our room were all very welcome. Other reviews mentioned fruit in the room which was replenished daily.... More

Both myself and my wife agreed that this was the best B&B of our holiday. The apple rings at breakfast clinched the deal over one other at the end of the week. Handy for an evening meal in the town, parking for our cycles. More

We had a lovely time staying with Caren & Stewart at their B&B, just a short few minutes walk from the beach. It made a great place for exploring the northern Norfolk coast and we had a lovely time learning about their art and enjoying the famous omelettes which come highly recommended. More

Caren and Stewart are simply fabulous hosts, they made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. The extras they provide are lovely, for instance, the chocs, water and fresh milk in the fridge which are replenished daily and the biscuits which go nicely with that afternoon cuppa. If you forget your toothbrush, razor, bath/shower gel and much more,... More

A very last minute call to Stewart the owner and I was in luck, one room left, the Lavender room. Situated at the front of the B & B with two large windows, (which actually opened all the way so I could enjoy the fresh Hunstanton air! I can't stand B & B's or hotels where the windows only open...
