Stayed in this hotel from April 28th till May 4th. We were two adults and two kids, under 10 years. Enjoyed the hotel, the surroundings. “Not a place for kids, very average hotel”

1. Pools are not heated (hotel is saving electricity), water is too cold for children 2. For several years now, we return to the Aldemar Knossos Royal in June and September. We particularly appreciate this hotel. Had the most brilliant week at the Knossos royal room excellent , restaurant staff brilliant animation team brilliant, infact every one at this hotel could not do enough for you first class service all the way can't wait to go back next year

What a great break. All aspects of this holiday were excellent, so thanks to all the hard working staff. Special thanks to Giorgos & his Chef plus all waitresses& staff for everything. As for the animation all I will say is WOW !!! (beware the Beach Party,can only remember first 3 hrs of it)
