Even on a busy day only two guests were staying. Location is also not great. Rooms are OK. To checkout it took 1 hour. Nobody was available to carry baggage. Worst part is that they demanded more money while checking-out. The explanation was that the online hotel booking site has charged less. Not value for money.

This resort is in a scenic location and very good rooms but the service is disappointing and very few staff to take care of the cleaning. But overall, it is a very good resort and if service improves then it can become as one of the most favourite getaways for the people in Chennai.

Chennai Merchant Trust annual Gathering at Green Coconut Resort. It was good Resort.Staff and General Manager (Meeran Haja Mohideen) were very very co operative. We enjoyed very well and had good time.

We the team from Micronutrient Initiative India had a wonderful time having serious meetings, discussions and at the same time relaxing in this splendid resort. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.
