Most of the facilities are unavailable. Food and liquor has 200% markup but still half of the things on menu are unavailable. Food is pathetic and takes ages to come. Pain for the people having a driver as they don't provide dorm for driver.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights (29-30 Sep, 2012) with a group where some folks stayed in Dalhousie Heights and some in Lall Ji. The rooms are fine but service lacks. Rooms were not properly cleaned during my stay and the morning bed-tea was served in paper cups (ridiculous to say the least). Breakfast served is limited but OK.... More

“Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In”

Just a heads up to all you guys who are thinking of booking this hotel , STOP don't do it. Yes it's at a resonable location and that's just about the only one good thing I can say about the place.
