We won a romance weekend package at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, Ohio at an auction last year and decided to us it for my husband's birthday. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the great accommodations. This Hilton is definitely worth a stay!

This hotel is in need of renovation. If you are use to a hilton garden inn, don't stay here, you will be disappointed. The rooms were outdated, the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom had mold.

room was clean but ice machines did not work on any floors and it was way overpriced. Not worth 200 bucks. Did not furnish enough towels for 4 people that was staying in room. check out was convenient.

Room service was horrible. My dinner came 45 minutes AFTER they said it would be delivered and it was cold. When I called down to talk to someone about it, the grille had closed for the night. For the age of this hotel, it is well maintained. It does not look it's age. Staff is very pleasant, very courtious and knowledgable. Pool area was clean, restaurants were good, food was great, bar staff was great a night too. Location of hotel is good too in traveling around Akron.
