Hotel room was nice, very simple, i stayed here many years ago when it was an Red Roof, overall it was what i remember as an Red Roof, other than the name and ownership, it was great for me because of the location and close to Highway, i'll stay there in the future.

The .members of this establishment are professional and efficient. They take time to communicate clearly with people.

It's cheap, but all I wanted was something clean.Where do I start. Not clean, there's an inch of crud behind the tv. All the electrical plugs are so wore out they won't hold a cord! One is hanging out of the wall! No remote for the tv, had to go get one. Internet wouldn't work, until they reset the router.... More

Location was good, right off interstate. Room although clean were very worn in appearance and in need of fresh paint, wallpaper and bathroom maintenance. No bath towels in room. Despite requesting a single room with one key was continually asked throughout check in process if there were more than one person in the room. I was sufficiently tired after 14... More

Just plain dirty and run down. The staff offered for us to look at the room before we checked in. this should have been our first clue that there was going to be issues.
