This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The staff was the most helpful, friendliest and courteous I have met yet. The rooms were beyond my expectations and the amenities were as well.

Room was very clean. Bathroom clean. Bed made with maybe too many pillows. B'fast tasty and good assortment. Dining area very clean, ample room to eat, and when people leave their dishes behind they immediately clean it up. Wish they would leave a little more shampoo and conditioner in the room. Would recommend this to anyone going to Columbus, Ohio.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a graduation at Ohio State University. The customer service was very good and the location worked for us. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The suite was the perfect size for my husband, son and me. The breakfasts were great and the evening reception food was a real meal...not just snacks.... More

Again, Jeff the front end manager does not hold up the Hilton philosophy of 100% satisfaction guarantee. He was argumentative and would not own the problem as a manager. Room should have been a suite. You should change the name to Homewood Roms and Suites because all rooms are not suites. I only booked this because I thought I was getting a real deal. My husband is on medication and we try to stay where there is a refrigerator and microwave. we always have a cooler just in case.

I was very impressed with the place overall. Exceptional amenities like the free Wi-Fi and top notch work out facility. Not only was the hot breakfast delicious but I was blown away by the free Managers reception dinner.
