This hotel is in an old bank that was converted into hotel rooms - very unusual breakfast nook! The vault door is still in place. All the amenities were great - clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. The only complaint is the cost of parking, but that's life in the "big city" more

Ok .. its new, its clean, it takes dogs, centrally located and its an apartment... there is nothing better in Columbus outside of a private guest house. Billed as accepting pets but should not accept dogs as there are no facilities for dog walking within the hotel premises. Arrived at 11 pm and had to walk down to river 2 blocks in an unsafe place. The noise level in our 8th floor suite was so loud it was impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. The hotel is built over an old bank and there are huge cooling towers on it's roof. The rooms with their ancient windows surround the this roof area and the noise/vibration comes right into the rooms. The rough third world sheets... more

Very nice hotel -very clean and location is great for downtown activities. The staff was very helpful and ready to assist. Valet worked out great, we had our car immediately every time. The atmosphere is very nice in the hotel; I must mention the lounge is wonderful with the reclining theater chairs. Overall, this hotel deserves an A+! more
