Positives: Very convenient location for Business and Dining (right across from the Convention Center and next to North Market), friendly service, thorough daily cleaning, and good complimentary breakfast options (hot and cold). This is a nice Hampton Inn & Suites. They have a friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and nice meeting rooms. The hotel is business friendly. It has high speed internet that works well. The location downtown is close to everything. The morning breakfast is good. Parking is a challenge but managable. more

The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was a great size. The breakfast was good and had alot to choose from. The staff did their jobs well, but my only complaint is that the staff seemed unfriendly. Almost snobbish. more

In this day and age when average service is expected we were pleasantly surprised to receive exceptional service from each and every member of this hotel's staff.
