For $60/ night it is a good place to stay. It is clean, the service was good. The breakfast can be better but it is enough.

Ok, I'll admit I'm a regular of Park Hyatts, Mariotts, Peninsulas and The Four Seasons... I didn't walk into this hotel thinking it would compare as I was driving through the area late night on a long road trip and was exhausted. Upon arrival, the clerk behind the front desk was beyond rude, the hallways smelled like body odor, the...

I used this hotel as a cheap stop off when travelling with a friend from Cleveland to Louisville by road to see the Breeders Cup races. We arrived about 8.30 in the evening and left at 8.30 the following morning.
Everything about the place seemed a bit tired, not dirty or tatty, just tired and a bit drab.
Room was...

New management has taken over and is making improvements to the property. It has some problems that still need addressing but the staff were very accomodating and friendly. They even upgraded our room to make our stay more pleasurable.
I would stay here again.
Thanks to John Henry for all his help making our stay a good one.

This hotel is being milked and needs reneovated. The rooms and general area need cleaned and updated. The bed needed a new mattress. The bed linens were soiled and torn. The wall paper was falling down. Our room had not been cleaned (there was oil on the headboard from the prior occupant's head. The carpet was patched with duct tape....

Aging Microtel location that is definitely showing it's age.
Positives:
1.) Plenty of free parking.
2.) Right next to a convenience store.
Negatives:
1.) Brown stains on the bedsheet and washcloths. Although it appeared they had been laundered, it's way past time to replace them with new ones.
2.) There was only one bathtowel in the room when we arrived...

I was traveling cross-country with my children. This day was planned to be our longest driving day. We got caught in construction traffic, and I called the hotel to confirm that we were on our way, would be later than expected, and to ensure that our wheelchair accessible room was still available. The desk clerk assured us that our rooms...

I live right by here. Power was out, we had no running water, therefore we elected a cheap place to stay until our power was back in a few days.
First, they lost our reservation, after waiting sometime, they got us a room, after harrassing us about living in the area and staying here. Even after we explained our situation,...

I stayed for 1 night while traveling thru Ohio enroute to Kansas. As I said in the title, this place was more comfortable than my car, but not as clean. If you are looking strictly for low cost, then this is the place. There were no visible germs or bugs in the room, but I would not press my luck...

We awoke around 11:00 pm with bedbugs crawling on us and biting us. Hotel would not refund or discount our room. They moved us to another room but who could sleep then? We had to go out in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar area to find a pharmacy to get cream to treat our bites. Hideous experience!!
